WEEKEND EXCURSIONS
Discover our dynamic weekend program, designed for adults aged 18 to 45 with developmental disabilities and special needs. This enriching service provides caregivers with a well-deserved break while participants enjoy a variety of recreational, social, and community-based experiences in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Activities vary throughout the year and may include community outings, local events, recreational activities, and opportunities to build social connections and life skills. Our activity schedule is regularly updated on our website, ensuring participants always have exciting experiences to look forward to.
For added convenience, transportation is included. Our team will safely pick up participants from their homes and return them following each scheduled activity or event.
To register, participants must complete a one-time online intake assessment and meet with a URS staff member prior to enrollment. We look forward to helping participants build friendships, gain new experiences, increase their independence, and create lasting memories.

African Lion Safari
